Oct. 27: Our 100th Anniversary of Reorganizing, special program to be announced.
We just held our very successful agricultural fair on September 12th. It was the same day as Granby’s Open Farm Day so there was a lot of extra activity. Pie eating contest, flea market, bake sale, live music, fried dough and chili dogs, plus some vendors and lots of fun was had.
We also held our installation of officers at our September meeting and welcomed in a new member. Afterwards we had lots of delicious refreshments, including a yummy chocolate cake.
We are working on scheduling many new activities and events for the coming year.
Some of our members have been visiting other Grange Fairs and meetings which is nice getting to know members of other Granges. Some of our members are also going to be volunteering at the Big E Grange Building. |
