| AUGUST 4, 2026 -- Our monthly music series continued on July 6 with Joshua Aciare’s music, multimedia show and prose reading. It was well received by our now familiar crowd. Word is getting out and we’re hosting larger groups. Don’t miss Tim McDonald on August 3rd!
We will have our Simsbury Grange banner on the back of a float for the July 11th town parade thanks to Flamig Farm. We decided on positions for next Grange year, reviewed resolutions, discussed raising our dues, decided that at least 5 of us will attend Winchester’s July 28 meeting, discussed Big E Grange work days and CT state Grange session in October.
July 17th - Friday - Several of our Grange members headed over to Riverton Grange to attend their monthly meeting.
August 3rd - Music Monday - Tim McDonald - Originally from Worcester, MA, Tim spent decades working in LA and San Francisco as a performer, writer and jingles singer. August 6th or 12th - TBD - Monthly meeting on Zoom to review our June Fair and vote on positions for the 2026-2027 Grange year. We have a Google Doc where all members can add their thoughts so that review will be easy.
