Aug. 13: Organizing by Allie Hanlon Ref: Lynn Cline

Sept. 10: Autumn by Debra Tyler Ref: Debra Tyler

Oct. 8: Halloween Costume Party by Debbie Hanlon Ref: Debbie Hanlon NOTE: Refreshments & Social Hour time at 7PM with Meeting at 7:30PM Unless otherwise noted. Our  Grange  Farm  School

Committee along with Motherhouse held their 2nd and workshop called “More on Biodynamics” which demonstrates our 2nd degree and also our 3rd workshop “Chick Chat & Harvest” which reflects our 4th degree. This was held at Debra’s barn, and each workshop had a focused attendance.

Sharon Kroeger brought up the dangers of Glyphosate at our last meeting. We had an in-depth discussion about this. Glyphosate is primarily applied to control grasses and broad-leaved weeds that compete with crops, orchards, vineyards, and pastures, making it a key tool for farmers. While helpful to farmers, is harmful to the environment and is also affecting the bees. She will have a resolution ready for next year’s State Session.

Our representatives at State Session are looking forward to seeing you there.
